What you will do
- Lead deployment, implementation, and solution integration of robots at customer facilities.
- Plan and supervise short- and long-term Proof of Concept and Pilot projects.
- Coordinate technical development, product releases, acceptance testing, and delivery risks with engineering and product teams.
- Supervise customer-site data collection, requirements assessment, lab testing, reliability testing, and site acceptance strategies.
- Lead product demonstrations for customers, investors, and internal stakeholders, including live demos at industry events.
- Use customer feedback and product data to improve deployment efficiency, system performance, and go-to-market solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, robotics, mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience leading projects involving robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies.
- Hands-on ability in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, maintenance, and technical problem-solving.
- Experience managing concept or pilot projects, deployment processes, commissioning, or acceptance testing.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, coaching, and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel approximately 40% for short- and long-term assignments across North America.
Nice to have
- Experience with warehouse or logistics automation, industrial robotics, or robotics deployment.
- Familiarity with software integration, sensor-based automation, CAD modeling, 3D scanning, or digital twin technology.
- Experience developing automation business cases and working in complex operational environments.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and live demonstrations to diverse audiences.
