Product Deployment Engineer (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Boston, Massachusetts, with travel to customer and partner facilities across North America; approximately 40% travel and occasional travel to headquarters and other locations in Europe.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD per year for the Massachusetts role.

Develops commercially scalable and safe hirify.global robots for industrial applications, including the HMND-01 Alpha platform.

What you will do

• Deploy and integrate hirify.global robot solutions at customer facilities and support seamless on-site operation.
• Visit customer sites to collect data, assess requirements, and support solution design and integration.
• Build physical twins, test rigs, and laboratory environments for reliability, performance, and acceptance testing.
• Organize and deliver product demonstrations for customers, investors, internal stakeholders, and industry audiences.
• Plan and supervise short- and long-term Proof of Concept and pilot projects.
• Analyze product data and customer feedback, test releases, troubleshoot systems, and improve deployment strategies with engineering, product, and support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience with robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies.
• Hands-on ability in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance.
• Experience managing robotics or automation pilots, concept projects, and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to work on-site, travel approximately 40% across North America, and occasionally travel to Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse or logistics automation, industrial robotics, or hirify.global robot deployment.
• Familiarity with software integration, sensor-based automation, CAD modeling, 3D scanning, or digital twin technology.
• Experience with commissioning, acceptance testing, automation business cases, or complex operational environments.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and live demonstrations to diverse audiences.
