Onsite Service Engineer (Edwards)

Location: Onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States, supporting Intel customers

What you will do

• Install and commission Edwards vacuum and abatement products at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot technical equipment.
• Provide frontline operational support while maintaining high safety, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Use company processes, systems, and technical networks to resolve problems and escalate issues when necessary.
• Record service data, prepare reports, and interpret relevant technical documentation and drawings.
• Share technical expertise and coach less experienced team members while collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma; an associate degree is preferred, with full military equivalent experience accepted as a substitute.
• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant technical field such as electronics, mechanical systems, chemicals, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, self-direction, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to use computer software for data recording and reporting, and to see and hear clearly.
