What you will do

• Perform scheduled and remedial (break-fix) service on Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units, and Battery systems.
• Provide on-site and phone technical assistance to customers in the retail, financial, and municipal segments.
• Implement Field Change Notices and strictly adhere to Safety Bulletins and guidelines.
• Manage administrative tasks including time cards, expense reports, and inventory cycle counts.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle and technical equipment in accordance with local laws and policy.

Requirements

• High School or Vocational School Diploma.
• 0-2 years of relevant industry experience or 2-4 years of military experience in a related technical field.
• Familiarity with electrical/electronic test equipment and fundamentals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle records check.
• Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship provided for any visa type).
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
