Product Manager (Trust) (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the USA, with availability during the eastern US time zone

Salary: $162,000–$190,000 per year

A Bitcoin-focused financial technology company building services for buying and selling bitcoin, bill payments, borrowing, and money transfers on Bitcoin rails.

What you will do

• Own customer-facing trust features, including account security controls, verified support experiences, beneficiary planning, and account management.
• Develop the product foundations that support KYC/B, transaction limits, account restrictions, fraud prevention, and compliance.
• Work with Compliance, Finance, Operations, Data, designers, and user researchers to identify needs and product blind spots.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver the roadmap for financial risk management and fraud strategy.
• Own fraud KPIs and establish success metrics for product initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Support cross-functional teams through an inclusive and collaborative working approach.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in trust- or fraud-related teams.
• Experience working extensively with designers and user researchers.
• Ability to work experimentally and pragmatically in ambiguous environments involving new processes, teams, and systems.
• Strong empathy and collaboration skills for working with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be located in the USA and available during the eastern US time zone.
