Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote Canada; work is generally remote within the country of employment

Base pay: CAD 153,000–213,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and grow Affirm’s portfolio of vertical software and platform partnerships.
• Define, launch, and scale integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build repeatable capabilities through the Partner Acceleration Strategy to make future integrations faster and easier to scale.
• Gather partner feedback and product performance insights to drive merchant growth.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, manage the 1:Many growth roadmap, and establish success metrics and OKRs.
• Work with commercial and product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for partner integrations and features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience taking multiple technical software products from kickoff through post-launch and demonstrating measurable business impact.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers working in Figma, and product analysts.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and alignment-building skills.
• Proactive, execution-oriented approach to overcoming blockers and turning incomplete or conflicting inputs into actionable plans.
• Experience representing products externally and influencing commercial outcomes for the company and its partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, ecommerce, or buy-now-pay-later products.
