What you will do

• Define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Own and expand the 1:Many partner portfolio, improving merchant onboarding and partner scalability.
• Build repeatable capabilities and strategies that accelerate future partner integrations.
• Gather partner feedback and use product insights to improve merchant, customer, and partner experiences.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the growth team roadmap.
• Develop success metrics and go-to-market strategies with commercial and product marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple technical software products from kickoff through post-launch.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, analytics, commercial, risk, and marketing teams.
• Experience shipping high-quality products on time and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in externally facing commercial roles and influencing partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear action plans.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, ecommerce, or buy-now-pay-later products.
