About the Role

You will own the Claims & Payments product surface, including claims adjudication logic, payer and employer reconciliation, payment operations tooling, and provider payments. You will partner with engineering and operations to define requirements, write specifications, and ship improvements to claims-processing workflows. You will instrument and monitor claims and payments data, identify errors and reconciliation issues, and communicate findings. You will work with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Payment Operations to translate business requirements into product solutions. You will support the migration away from Alegeus through discovery, requirements gathering, and execution. You will build end-to-end expertise in payer integrations, adjudication logic, and employer configuration.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of product, operations, or analytical experience, ideally in healthcare, fintech, or a complex B2B2C environment
• Curiosity about payments and claims systems
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• Ability to identify patterns and communicate findings clearly
• Detail orientation
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the Claims & Payments product surface, including claims adjudication logic, payer and employer reconciliation, payment operations tooling, and provider payments
• Partner with engineering and operations to define requirements, write specifications, and ship improvements to claims-processing workflows
• Instrument and monitor claims and payments data to identify errors and reconciliation breakdowns
• Work with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Payment Operations to translate business requirements into product solutions
• Support the migration away from Alegeus through discovery, requirements gathering, and execution
• Learn the payments infrastructure end to end, including payer integrations, adjudication logic, and employer configuration
