Product QA & Data Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own quality assurance for software releases and act as the final checkpoint before deployment.
• Perform comprehensive manual testing and develop automated workflows for complex UI functionality.
• Document, triage, and reproduce software defects in issue-tracking systems such as Jira.
• Build lightweight scripts and automation tools to improve QA pipelines and release consistency.
• Own end-to-end data quality and delivery, including validation of 3D spatial data, point clouds, and BIM comparisons.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to resolve anomalies, debug processing errors, and improve delivery pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software QA, test engineering, or data validation.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting complex software systems or data-processing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with UI/UX automation and testing tools such as TestComplete, Selenium, or PostHog.
• Strong defect tracking, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to uphold quality standards and delay releases or data deliveries when criteria are not met.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction technology, civil engineering, surveying, or industrial mapping.
• Knowledge of 3D point cloud data, spatial data formats, and Building Information Modeling.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, or Bash.
• Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
