What you will do
- Own quality strategy, test plans, test suites, and release criteria for the software stack.
- Execute smoke tests, regression tests, and system validation for release candidates.
- Design and maintain automated testing and validation pipelines integrated with CI/CD.
- Serve as release authority by approving or blocking production releases.
- Support Azure deployments, monitoring, initial issue response, and software troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with software, robotics, and automation engineers on production-cell deployments and large-scale release validation.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable practical experience.
- Experience testing software systems and writing test scripts or test code.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks or tools.
- Ability to debug issues across software and automation interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience testing industrial automation systems, robotics, or hardware-software integrated products.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, versioned deployments, and release validation.
- Experience supporting production deployments and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Experience in small, fast-moving engineering teams where quality ownership is critical.
