Senior Maintenance Technician

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
• Support electrical, mechanical, building, HVAC, and forklift maintenance needs.
• Document work activities and manage maintenance records using CMMS.
• Maintain parts inventory and source supplies as needed.
• Operate machine shop tools and perform general facility maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or related role.
• Experience with forklifts, preferably with a certification.
• Ability to be adaptable, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
• Comfortability to work as a self-starter, both independently and with a team.
