Salary: $24.00 - $33.00 hourly

What you will do
- Perform preventive maintenance on heavy mobile equipment like wheel loaders and haul trucks according to schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Inspect equipment for defects and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities in CMMS system and manage spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in safety meetings and drills.
- Maintain clean work areas and use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance
- Technical degree in heavy construction equipment, diesel mechanics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, automated systems; read schematics and manuals
- Knowledge of safety regulations; basic computer skills for documentation
- Physical ability to lift 60 lbs, stand 12 hours, work outdoors in all weather, wear PPE (including steel-toed boots, respirator requiring clean-shaven face)
