Senior Manager, Construction Operations

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $115,000–$125,000/year + company equity

What you will do

• Define and own the KPI framework for Regional Project Managers, including completion rates, budget variance, and quality standards.
• Run a regular performance review cadence with regional teams to ensure accountability and consistency.
• Build and maintain dashboards to make regional performance visible to executive leadership.
• Standardize installation tracking processes across all regions to ensure comparable data.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Regional Project Manager team.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex regional issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a distributed field team in construction or home services.
• Proven track record of building KPI frameworks and performance management systems from scratch.
• Direct people management experience.
• Strong proficiency in using data and dashboards to drive operational decisions.
• Experience leading teams through organizational change.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
