Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, product management, and technical infrastructure roles.
• Partner with ex-Meta founders and tech leads to define role requirements and map target technical talent pools.
• Proactively source top-tier talent via technical communities, GitHub, research papers, and alumni networks.
• Optimize technical evaluation processes, including code reviews, system design loops, and architecture assessments.
• Track and optimize candidate funnel metrics to enhance the technical recruiting engine.
• Elevate the candidate journey and promote the company's technical employer brand within the AI community.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of technical recruiting experience sourcing high-bar Software and AI/ML Engineers.
• Deep technical literacy in distributed systems and AI/LLM infrastructure.
• Proven track record of closing candidates against major tech companies and high-growth startups.
• Startup experience: highly resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with high autonomy.
• Must be based in or able to work in-person in Palo Alto, CA.

Nice to have

• Prior recruiting experience in AI/ML, developer tools, or high-scale data platform domains.
• An active network of senior engineering and product talent in the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
• Experience integrating AI sourcing tools and automated candidate engagement workflows.
