Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for G&A (finance, legal, HR, marketing) and/or IT functions.
- Demonstrated expertise hiring for niche roles within the DFW market.
Nice to have
- Proven track record negotiating and closing candidates up to Director-level, including complex compensation.
- Ability to build strong, influential relationships in an evolving start-up environment.
- Experience with incorporating AI or using AI tooling to improve workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrated agency in taking initiative to improve recruiting workflows or processes.
