Recruiter (HR/IT): Leading full-cycle recruiting and acting as a strategic talent advisor for G&A and IT organizations with an accent on developing and executing tailored search strategies, cultivating stakeholder relationships, and providing a white-glove candidate experience. Focus on leveraging recruiting metrics and data analytics to inform hiring decisions and optimize processes.

Location: Hybrid Dallas, Texas. Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Salary: $94,500–$142,000

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting as a strategic talent advisor for G&A and IT organizations.
  • Develop and execute thoughtful search strategies for niche roles.
  • Cultivate trusting, high-impact relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience with clear and proactive communication.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics and data analytics to identify trends and optimize processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for G&A (finance, legal, HR, marketing) and/or IT functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise hiring for niche roles within the DFW market.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record negotiating and closing candidates up to Director-level, including complex compensation.
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships in an evolving start-up environment.
  • Experience with incorporating AI or using AI tooling to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Demonstrated agency in taking initiative to improve recruiting workflows or processes.
