Project Coordinator

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project setup across business systems and maintain task trackers.
• Coordinate project and resource scheduling, including capacity planning.
• Track execution milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of customer-facing and external reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work in Grand Rapids, MI.
