Project Coordinator

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Set up projects across business systems and coordinate project and resource scheduling.
• Maintain task trackers, project systems, metrics, and internal reporting.
• Organize and document internal and external meetings.
• Track milestones and deliverables, monitor project performance, identify risks, and escalate issues.
• Support customer-facing preparation, external reporting, engineering design, and acceptance testing plans.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, time-management, written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, solve problems, work independently, and support a team.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to support project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
