Project Manager

Location: On-site in Anaheim, California, United States

Salary: $70,304–$85,000 per year in California, depending on qualifications and experience; commission/bonus plan available.

What you will do

• Manage moderate-complexity projects, including purchase orders, order placement, billing, delivery schedules, and customer updates.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and vendors on pricing, claims, returned goods, backorders, and account management.
• Provide quotations, requotes, and proposals while identifying pricing advantages, margin opportunities, and product substitutions.
• Resolve customer issues and expedite over, short, and damaged shipments to support customer satisfaction and fill rates.
• Coordinate project documentation, including O&M manuals, test reports, submittal packages, and certificates of compliance.
• Monitor product quality, information updates, back charges, and delivery requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quotation management, project management, or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a demanding, time-sensitive environment and drive results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work on-site and occasionally travel to off-site locations, including environments with electrical hazards and warehouse equipment.
