Project Coordinator 2 (Core Provisioning Team)

What you will do

• Support and manage Department of Veterans Affairs enterprise WAN activities, including capacity planning, circuit provisioning, invoice reviews, and mobility services.
• Coordinate project objectives, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and resources with project managers and technical personnel.
• Track and analyze multiple projects, including cost and schedule status reporting and circuit provisioning requests.
• Review vendor invoices, verify monthly costs, initiate disputes, and recommend purchase order payments.
• Develop standard operating procedures and report project progress to management.
• Organize project meetings, training, and related events; prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and action-item records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of experience, or commensurate experience.
• Must be able to pass a government Tier 4 High Background Investigation.
• Experience performing financial analytics, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ability to gather, compile, analyze, and report project information.
• Ability to communicate with project managers, contract management staff, senior engineering and technical personnel, and VA employees.
