What you will do

• Collaborate with the Group Product Manager on product vision, goals, and quarterly outcomes.
• Own backlog grooming, user story writing, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning with Engineering.
• Use AI tools and Figma to create early concepts, user flows, and requirement summaries.
• Partner with UX and QA on design reviews, feature refinement, and test validation.
• Track feature delivery and support release readiness through release notes, training, documentation, and user guides.
• Participate in customer and stakeholder interviews and contribute to organizational readiness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience defining detailed technical user stories and use cases.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, AirFocus, and agile development workflows.
• Experience or interest in AI prompting for specifications, analysis, or prototyping.
• Basic UX knowledge and ability to collaborate on wireframes and flows using Figma or similar tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and PowerPoint communication skills, with adaptability and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Understanding of data, dependencies, and integration workflows.
• Experience transitioning from Business Analysis into Product Management.
