Sr. Facility Manager

Location: Must be based in The Woodlands, Texas, USA

Salary: $93,500 – $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance and janitorial technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of building MEP systems, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Manage service requests and preventative maintenance schedules using a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Ensure 100% site compliance with OSHA safety policies and internal company regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services such as elevator, generator, and water treatment maintenance.
• Assist in planning and controlling annual and capital budgets for the facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising maintenance technicians.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work in extreme temperatures.
• Regular attendance at the assigned location in The Woodlands, TX is required.
