Packaging Associate (DAYS)

Location: Onsite in New Albany, Ohio, United States. The role does not provide immigration sponsorship or support, including Form I-983 training plan completion for STEM OPT.

Salary: $36,000–$58,000 per year, plus potential annual performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to receive, stock, pick, transfer, load, and unload products.
• Pack, weigh, wrap, label, and prepare products and shipping documentation according to customer requirements.
• Perform inventory counts, verify materials against records, complete batch documentation, and enter data into computerized systems.
• Inspect forklifts and operate wrapping equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Coordinate schedules and material priorities with leads, supervisors, manufacturing, and distribution teams.
• Support departmental clerical activities, including shipping paperwork, inventory maintenance, deliveries, and mailings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three years of warehousing experience.
• Forklift certification upon attainment of the position.
• Ability to follow verbal directions and written shipping procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to operate forklifts for most of the shift and push, pull, lift, or roll products weighing 5 to 600 pounds with powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic, communication, email, and telephone skills.
