Shipping & Receiving Associate I (Injection Molding)

Location: On-site in Rosemount, Minnesota, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Salary: $18.51–$25.05 per hour

What you will do

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists or invoices.
• Organize warehouse stock and put materials away in designated storage areas.
• Process domestic parcel shipments using AX, AX Mobile, and X-carrier systems.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products and materials for shipment.
• Inspect items for damage or defects, select suitable packaging, and prevent damage during transit.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation, maintain accurate records, and escalate discrepancies to the Logistics team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse and dock experience.
• Ability to use computers, calculators, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to work safely with sharp tools and objects; power-tool experience in a metalworking shop is required, with drill press experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, good attendance, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
