What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for R&D and other organizational roles, from sourcing and screening through interview management and closing.
• Source candidates through professional networks, direct outreach, multiple platforms, and AI-assisted recruiting tools.
• Build relationship-driven candidate pipelines beyond inbound applications and cold sourcing.
• Provide candidates with clear communication and a closely managed, high-touch experience.
• Activate employee referrals, internal networks, and other internal connections as ongoing talent sources.
• Collaborate with recruiters across Israel, EMEA, and APJ.

Requirements

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interview process management, and closing.
• An established professional network built on genuine relationships and trust.
• A relationship-first approach focused on making the right placement rather than maximizing volume.
• Fluency with AI-assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technological military unit, professional community, or established industry network.
• External recruiter or headhunter experience with network-based placements.
• Familiarity with the Israeli hi-tech recruiting landscape.
