What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for R&D and other organizational roles, from sourcing and screening through interview management and closing.
• Source candidates through professional networks, direct outreach, referrals, employee networks, and modern sourcing platforms.
• Use AI-assisted sourcing tools and recruiting technology to improve talent identification.
• Provide candidates with clear communication, personal attention, and a closely managed hiring experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters across Israel, EMEA, and APJ to maintain aligned recruiting goals and standards.

Requirements

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, process management, and closing.
• An established professional network based on trusted relationships, not only online connections.
• A relationship-first approach and willingness to prioritize the quality of placements over high-volume recruiting.
• Fluency with AI-assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technological military unit, professional community, or industry network that built a strong talent network.
• External recruiter or headhunter experience with network-based placements.
• Familiarity with the Israeli hi-tech recruiting landscape.
