Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Source, attract, and engage candidates for technical and consulting roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening and interview coordination through onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Track recruitment metrics and use insights to improve hiring strategies and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with strong sourcing capabilities.
• Experience independently building and managing candidate pipelines.
• Proven experience recruiting technical profiles in Data, AI, and Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive hiring processes forward.
• Fluent English required; the role is on-site in Barcelona or Munich.

• Familiarity with Workable.
• Spanish, French, or German language skills.
