• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to onboarding support.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with proven sourcing capabilities.
• Proven experience recruiting technical profiles such as Data, AI, and Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with Workable.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German.
