Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: Based in Bellevue, Washington, with meaningful time together in person; hybrid work flexibility is offered.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annual U.S. base salary, plus bonus, LTIP, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to translate workforce strategy into actionable talent acquisition plans.
• Design and execute end-to-end hiring strategies for technology, AI science, systems engineering, finance, operations, marketing, and agent-native development roles.
• Analyze talent supply, market trends, compensation data, and organizational hiring data to guide workforce planning.
• Develop targeted talent attraction strategies and communicate the organization’s employee value proposition to high-impact candidates.
• Lead tailored candidate experiences for critical and executive-level searches and build long-term relationships with high-potential talent.
• Improve recruitment processes, systems, governance, analytics, reporting, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, HR, or related industry experience; or a master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience is also considered.
• 3+ years of AI recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on talent availability, hiring timelines, compensation trends, and location considerations.
• Strong understanding of AI talent markets, competitive intelligence, sourcing, executive hiring, and candidate engagement.
• Ability to work across U.S. and European operations while being based in Bellevue.
