Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders across Product and Business functions on hiring strategy and long-term workforce planning.
• Lead end-to-end hiring for critical roles and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
• Translate market intelligence, talent mapping, compensation trends, and recruiting analytics into hiring recommendations.
• Improve interview frameworks, assessment methods, calibration practices, and recruiting processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies through industry networks, referrals, events, direct outreach, and talent communities.
• Guide offer strategy and stakeholder alignment across Talent Acquisition, People, Compensation, and business leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including work with Product, Business, or technical organizations in high-growth environments.
• Experience advising senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data, market expertise, and strategic consultation.
• Strong sourcing, passive-candidate engagement, talent mapping, structured interviewing, and assessment design capabilities.
• Experience using recruiting analytics, modern recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Excellent business acumen, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.

• Experience recruiting in consumer technology, marketplace, mobile-first, or high-growth technology companies.
• Experience influencing hiring strategy across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Knowledge of New York compensation practices and geographic pay considerations.
