CLM Engagement Lead (CLM)

What you will do

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with major enterprise clients.
• Understand client processes, priorities, and requirements to shape tailored CLM solutions.
• Advise clients on CLM and adjacent best practices, process alignment, and solution adoption.
• Lead multidisciplinary internal teams, allocate resources, and support team development.
• Ensure timely delivery of products, services, and project milestones.
• Manage client communications, escalations, status updates, performance insights, and forecasts while identifying new engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience as an engagement lead, project manager, or client relationship manager in technology or professional services.
• Strong background in solution delivery and shaping client outcomes around business needs.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence handling negotiations and challenging client situations.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms such as DocuSign, Ironclad, Agiloft, or similar cloud-based technologies.
