Manager, Professional Services (Brightflag)

Location: Remote across the East Coast, US, or hybrid in the New York area with 2–3 days in the office

Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD plus bonus. Additional compensation range: $128,900–$226,025 USD, depending on location, skills, and experience.

Brightflag is an AI-powered enterprise legal management platform within hirify.global’s Legal & Regulatory division, helping corporate legal departments manage operations, matters, legal spend, and collaboration with outside counsel.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of Implementation Consultants.
• Manage 1:1s, feedback, career planning, performance, and workload distribution.
• Oversee implementation methodology, project management standards, playbooks, and customer engagement practices.
• Track implementation metrics and improve processes for efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as an escalation point and provide strategic input on scaling the Professional Services function.
• Partner with Product and other functions on feedback, hiring, onboarding, training, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with significant people management experience.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong people management and coaching capabilities.
• Ability to design and implement methodologies and processes at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; work permit sponsorship and self-sponsorship are not available.
