Delivery Lead (Insurance)

Location: 100 Summer St., Boston, MA; legally authorized to work in the United States required. The role includes 25% travel.

What you will do

• Lead teams delivering client projects and manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
• Manage project schedules, financials, scope, change requests, deliverables, and engagement contracts.
• Identify risks and issues, manage dependencies, and serve as the escalation point for customers and project stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with sponsors, business stakeholders, university stakeholders, and customer teams.
• Prepare estimates, project plans, status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Mentor project team members and coordinate test and deployment management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or foreign equivalent.
• 12+ years of project management or delivery lead experience.
• Track record of delivering projects and programs on time, within schedule, and within budget.
• Experience leading and managing internal and external project resources and holding teams accountable for performance.
• Client management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational, team-building, analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
