RevOps Specialist

hirify.global is partnering with a global supply chain solutions organization on a revenue operations role.

What you will do

• Own revenue performance across the existing customer base.
• Identify and support growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage retention activities including upgrades, renewals, and churn analysis.
• Analyze customer and revenue data to support performance decisions.
• Use HubSpot as the system of record and Power BI to communicate insights.
• Act as a bridge between the Account and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Experience in revenue operations, customer analytics, or a related business operations function.
• Ability to analyze revenue performance, retention, renewals, and churn.
• Experience using HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
• Ability to build and communicate business insights in Power BI or a comparable analytics tool.
• Strong collaboration skills for working across Account and Customer Success functions.
