Location: 420 W Franklin Rd, Meridian, Idaho, USA. Onsite manufacturing role requiring 12-hour shifts, including scheduled overtime, holidays, and weekends.

What you will do
- Perform incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections against specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
- Prepare and test samples according to established sampling plans using measurement and testing equipment.
- Conduct routine quality audits and verification activities, documenting and communicating results.
- Identify, document, contain, and support the disposition of nonconforming materials and products.
- Maintain inspection results, test records, and quality data in required databases and reporting systems.
- Monitor manufacturing quality and provide timely feedback on concerns and trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and successful completion of the Quality Skills test.
- Basic knowledge of metrology, measurement equipment, and mathematics.
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse workforce.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment and perform scheduled overtime, holiday, and weekend work.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, distinguish shades of color and patterns, and operate required saws, drill presses, and planers while wearing PPE.

- Industrial manufacturing experience.
- Quality Management Systems experience.
- Previous quality inspection, testing, or auditing experience.
- ASQ Certified Quality Technician certification.
