Quality Assurance Coordinator

Location: Onsite in New Albany, Ohio, United States. Regular shift. Immigration sponsorship or support is not available, including Form I-983 STEM OPT training plan support.

Salary: $40,000–$66,000 annual target base pay, plus potential performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Assemble and review manufacturing and packaging documents, processing steps, and laboratory test records.
• Sample, inspect, and review bulk materials, components, labels, and finished goods.
• Conduct in-process audits and quality testing according to established procedures.
• Disposition products and materials when documentation meets written specifications.
• Review minor batch-record non-conformances and production change controls.
• Communicate quality issues, support corrective actions, and prepare reject notices for non-conforming materials.

Requirements

• GED or high school education.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of quality system requirements and QA measuring or testing equipment.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Computer skills in data entry and processing, mathematical calculation ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship or support.
