What you will do

• Execute monthly test scripts and follow structured quality assessment procedures.
• Record test results, maintain quality databases, and manage tracking systems.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and potential defects.
• Support investigations and root cause analysis with senior team members and team leads.
• Document quality assurance processes, test results, and compliance reports.
• Participate in initiatives that improve operational efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using standard office software and basic spreadsheets.
• Advanced Excel expertise or a specialized college degree is not required; training is provided.
