Demand Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, Texas, Monday–Friday, with regular work in an office environment and occasional presence on the manufacturing floor.

What you will do

• Develop sales forecasts with Business, Product Line, and Marketing leaders.
• Lead the demand planning portion of the S&OP process and align stakeholders on 12–18 month plans.
• Analyze historical sales, demand drivers, forecast accuracy, and statistical models.
• Maintain planning data integrity across ERP and demand planning systems.
• Define planning performance metrics and improve forecasting processes and systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and customers to support supply chain objectives and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, continuous improvement, planning software, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic thinking, and business acumen skills.
• Experience developing statistical forecasts and monitoring forecast accuracy.
• Must work onsite at the Fort Worth, Texas location and meet employment eligibility, background check, and pre-employment testing requirements.
• Ability to work in an office and occasionally on a manufacturing floor while following applicable safety procedures and using required personal protective equipment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• APICS/ASCM, Project Management, or other relevant professional certification.
• Experience leading S&OP processes and cross-functional planning initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with demand planning, forecasting, ERP, and supply chain analytics tools.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving process improvement across business functions.
