Capacity Planner (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support capacity planning for assigned products, work centers, and manufacturing vendors.
• Monitor demand, capacity, utilization, and potential supply constraints through reports and dashboards.
• Maintain planning master data, including capacity assumptions, cycle times, yields, and availability.
• Prepare vendor forecast packages, track responses, and compare commitments with forecast requirements.
• Analyze planning data and prepare materials for monthly and quarterly capacity reviews.
• Collaborate with supply planning, operations, engineering, and vendor management teams while supporting process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations research, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Internship or experience in supply chain, operations, planning, manufacturing, or data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP, SAP IBP, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools.
• Understanding of forecasting, planning, or manufacturing concepts.
