Cluster Security Engineering Manager

Salary: $140,000–$240,000 annually

What you will do

• Own cluster security engineering and provide technical leadership across the security product.
• Work with corporate security and customers to identify and define security enhancements.
• Build guardrails, vulnerability detection, and response tools across hardware, networking, and software layers.
• Secure the end-to-end cluster management stack, from bare-metal deployment to multi-tenant training and inference services.
• Develop and execute the cluster security product roadmap.
• Build an engineering team delivering security solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering leadership or management experience in distributed systems security.
• Proven experience delivering and deploying secure distributed products for customers.
• Strong knowledge of multi-tenancy in large-scale clusters and computer and cluster networks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, decision-making, and roadmap execution skills.
• Experience with distributed systems software development, including Kubernetes and its ecosystem, is preferred.
• Experience with bare-metal cluster management software and monitoring is preferred.
