Salary: $260,000 - $300,000 + equity

What you will do

• Design and harden sandboxing, isolation, and runtime controls to allow safe execution of untrusted code.
• Lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and vulnerability management across products and infrastructure.
• Develop internal security tooling for secrets management, identity and access, and dependency security.
• Build detection pipelines, lead incident response, and implement systemic improvements.
• Partner with legal and go-to-market teams to drive compliance and customer trust.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience in product security, infrastructure security, and detection and response.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and Go, with comfort owning complex systems codebases.
• Practical experience securing Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Expertise in hardening modern web applications and applying adversarial thinking to system design.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
