Senior Security Software Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Salary: $175,000–$210,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable distributed software components and product security controls.
• Engineer PKI and secrets management solutions for infrastructure, identities, and sensitive configurations.
• Develop security control integrations and data pipelines for IAM systems, log streams, vulnerability scanners, and risk telemetry.
• Build metrics engines, real-time dashboards, and automated insights pipelines for continuous technical risk visibility.
• Partner with platform engineering and security experts to deliver reliable, production-grade infrastructure.
• Own software design, development, testing, CI/CD deployment, documentation, code reviews, and operational monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including production experience with Go or similar languages.
• 3+ years of deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Experience building high-QPS distributed applications or microservices.
• Hands-on experience with major public cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, structured data flows, event-driven architectures, access control models, and third-party API integrations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SOC 2 or ISO 27001 control models.
• Experience with cloud-native streaming and event infrastructure.
• Strong debugging and systems-level troubleshooting skills in public cloud networks.
• Experience maintaining PKI infrastructure and secrets managers such as HashiCorp Vault.
