Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in London, working five days a week from the Holborn office

What you will do

• Design and build platform systems in Python and FastAPI, including API contracts, database schemas, and infrastructure.
• Build high-quality user-facing experiences in TypeScript and React with clean component design and strong typing.
• Develop shared Python and TypeScript libraries, component systems, internal tooling, shared types, and frontend–API contracts.
• Own work end to end, from gathering context and designing solutions to implementation, deployment, and debugging.
• Build and maintain connectors, integrations, and data pipelines for external systems.
• Contribute to product decisions, technical direction, engineering patterns, and long-term platform foundations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience; a computer science degree is not required.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills, with well-modeled, well-typed, and well-documented code.
• Experience designing clean database schemas and robust data models.
• Good visual and interaction judgment, with attention to user-facing interface quality.
• Experience building libraries, SDKs, or internal tooling that improves developer productivity.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems end to end and build foundational systems from scratch.
