Multimedia Developer

Location: Must be based in Fort Leavenworth, KS or approved remote within the U.S.

What you will do

• Conceptualize and develop multimedia products including drawings, maps, infographics, audio, video, and web content.
• Produce approximately 24–36 publication-ready assets per year using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Adapt artistic styles and tones to meet the specific needs of diverse publishing audiences.
• Research and manage public-domain or licensed media while maintaining strict copyright documentation.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all products are accurate and properly formatted.
• Coordinate with editors and government reviewers to incorporate feedback into final deliverables.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Tier 1 suitability determination.
• Associate degree or higher in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in multimedia asset production.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of copyright, licensing, and media source documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience creating multimedia for military, historical, or academic audiences.
• Knowledge of accessibility practices for digital content.
• Experience supporting Army University Press or similar publishing organizations.
