Agency Producer

Location: Remote, must be US-based; San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City preferred. Most clients are on the West Coast.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Build and track timelines, budgets, deliverables, and production schedules.
• Serve as a key client contact and maintain clear, realistic expectations.
• Translate creative direction into actionable production plans with leadership.
• Coordinate directors, editors, designers, sales, creative, production, and other stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks and scope changes, communicate blockers, and keep Asana boards and deliverables current.

Requirements

• Must be US-based.
• At least 2 years of prior production, agency, or creative project management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple deliverables.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and accountability to deadlines.
• Calm and proactive approach under pressure.
• Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, or similar project management tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with video production workflows.
• Background in creative agencies, studios, or startups.
• Experience with Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms.
