Associate Audio Producer

Location: Ellenton, Florida, United States; hybrid schedule with adjustments required to support the in-house audio booth. E-Verify workplace.

Family-owned entertainment producer presenting live touring family entertainment experiences across multiple international properties.

What you will do

• Create high-fidelity sound design for broadcast shows, feature segments, highlights, digital videos, public-address announcements, and radio spots.
• Produce stereo and broadcast mixes for television, promotional, digital, corporate, and radio content while meeting network distribution standards.
• Operate and maintain the in-house audio recording booth, including its equipment and technical setup.
• Direct and engineer voice-over recording sessions for video and radio productions.
• Select project-based music with the Audio Producer, Senior Producer, Editors, and Music Director for leadership and business-partner review.
• Support audio production across live entertainment properties and troubleshoot recording, editing, and file-format needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in audio engineering, live events, or sports audio production.
• Extensive knowledge of Apple computer systems, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, and Adobe Premiere.
• Proficiency in signal flow, equalization, compression, effects processing, tuning, mixing, editing, mastering, and broadcast audio enhancement.
• Experience with professional recording microphones, voice-over direction, digital and analog audio equipment, audio consoles, interfaces, MIDI controllers, and mixing control surfaces.
• Ability to collaborate, work independently under direction, and adjust the hybrid schedule to support in-house recording needs.
