Creative Producer (Video Production)

Location: Remote, US-based; Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco preferred

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead new client opportunities from discovery through close.
• Translate client goals into creative approaches and develop proposals, scopes, and pricing.
• Own client relationships and projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Partner with production and creative leads to keep execution, timelines, and deliverables on track.
• Manage feedback, scope changes, and decisions across strategy, craft, budget, and timing.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and improve intake, scoping, and client management.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in creative production, account management, or client services.
• Prior video or film production experience is required.
• Experience scoping, pitching, and leading client-facing creative work.
• Ability to connect business goals with creative strategy and execution.
• Strong judgment across creative ambition, budget, timeline, and scope.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
