Product Engineer (React)

Location: London, on-site five days a week from the Holborn office

What you will do

• Build high-quality user-facing product experiences primarily with TypeScript and React.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, product direction, interface decisions, and design systems.
• Own work end to end, from gathering context and managing dependencies to shipping production solutions.
• Build component libraries, APIs, internal tooling, and foundational systems.
• Debug backend issues encountered during day-to-day frontend development.
• Collaborate with engineers, AI experts, and designers while influencing technical standards and conventions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience; a computer science degree is not required.
• Strong TypeScript skills with well-modeled, well-typed, and well-documented code.
• Strong React fundamentals and good visual and interaction judgment.
• Experience building libraries, SDKs, internal tooling, APIs, or design systems.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems end to end and turn them into well-scoped solutions.
• Comfort debugging across the frontend and backend system.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js, which is used in production.
• Experience building foundational systems from scratch in greenfield environments.
