Location: Europe (EU, UK, Serbia)
Compensation: €6K–€9K monthly plus stock options

What you will do
- Develop a video translation tool and related AI-powered product features.
- Build user and project management interfaces.
- Develop a video translation editor with direct audio and video interaction in the client application.
- Create both prototypes and production-ready components with a strong focus on quality.
- Design feature architecture, implement functionality, and deploy maintainable code.
- Take ownership of complex engineering problems in a small product team.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack software development experience.
- Ability to deliver features reliably from architecture and implementation through deployment.
- Experience building high-quality, maintainable production software.
- Responsible approach to code quality and reliability in an environment without dedicated testers.
- Product mindset, empathy for users, ownership, and leadership in solving complex problems.
- Experience with Remix, TypeScript, MongoDB, Playwright or Vitest, AWS ECS, and GitHub CI/CD.
Nice to have
- Experience developing online audio, video, or photo editors.
- Background in audio, video, or translation technologies.
- Experience with AWS and application deployment.
