Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: Fully remote from the US, Canada, Europe, UK, Brazil, or LATAM

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and get them live.
• Build integrations, prototypes, and custom solutions on top of the core product.
• Own deployments end to end, from the first scoping call to a working setup.
• Translate field learnings into feedback for the product team.

Requirements

• Solid software engineering fundamentals and the ability to ship production code.
• Comfort communicating with customers and translating their problems into working software.
• Self-directed and resourceful in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work remotely from the US, Canada, Europe, UK, Brazil, or LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
