TL;DR
Product Builder (UK Payroll) (JetLang/UX): Building and evolving PayFit's UK payroll and HR product with an accent on low-code development, intuitive user experiences, and compliance with changing UK payroll law. Focus on maintaining and optimizing a variable-driven platform, designing product architecture, and solving complex logic problems with product, engineering, and UK business teams.
Location: London, United Kingdom, with hybrid work and flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Remote work is also available within the UK and abroad for a defined period, subject to further requirements.

What you will do
- Build and develop the UK product using the JetLang low-code platform.
- Design efficient and intuitive user experiences for customers.
- Update product functionality in line with changes to UK payroll law.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the platform by managing relationships between thousands of system variables.
- Clean, optimize, and modernize the existing codebase while contributing to technical transformation.
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, Product Leads, and UK and international business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
- At least one year of experience in a technical product role.
- Engineering background and interest in product management, design, and development.
- Passion for building applications with strong user experience and solving complex logic problems.
- Fluent English required.
- Ability to work collaboratively, learn continuously, and contribute with an entrepreneurial and curious mindset.
