What you will do

• Advise senior leaders and cross-functional partners on message strategy, audiences, channels, and timing.
• Own and improve recurring internal communication channels, including newsletters, presentations, digital signage, and leader announcements.
• Lead communication strategies for critical business changes using employee feedback, channel performance, and organizational context.
• Manage the intranet and knowledge base as a reliable source of company information.
• Partner with IS&T, People Ops, business leaders, documentation owners, and subject matter experts on audience segmentation and communication governance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations with distributed, deskless, or shift-based employee populations.
• Strong writing and editing skills across email, Slack, Confluence, presentations, and digital signage.
• Demonstrated success leading communications during organizational, operational, or process changes.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project ownership.
• Ability to work on-site at the Everett, Washington office.
