Internal Communications Manager

TL;DR

Internal Communications Manager (AI): Developing and managing internal communication strategies, executive messaging, change communications, and employee engagement programs with an accent on AI-enabled communications, editorial quality, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on designing scalable communication channels, measuring engagement impact, and solving complex organizational communication challenges across leadership, HR, and business teams.

Location: Hybrid in office in the United States; up to 15% domestic travel may be required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies supporting company announcements, organizational changes, executive communications, and leadership initiatives.
• Use AI tools and scalable editorial practices to improve communication impact, consistency, and reporting across internal channels.
• Draft and edit company-wide announcements, executive messages, leadership talking points, and other employee communications.
• Partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to align communications with business goals and company culture.
• Manage communication projects, calendars, and channels while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.
• Measure communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles.
• Experience using the latest AI tools for communications, reporting, and editorial scale.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and availability for hybrid in-office work.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting change management or organizational communications.
• Degree in communications, journalism, or marketing.
