Salary: $182,000–$214,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement rate-based assembly processes for in-house capacitor production.
• Lead interdisciplinary projects to increase capacitor-line rate and throughput, including floor layouts, tooling, build cells, and large-scale equipment.
• Develop production-scale business processes for non-conformance management, process control, process safety, and asset maintenance.
• Collect labor-hour, cycle-time, and fallout data to identify bottlenecks and deploy design, process, equipment, or automation improvements.
• Identify high-return capital equipment and software capabilities in partnership with Production, Finance, Operations, and Facilities.
• Develop future manufacturing processes while supporting higher output on the current production line.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical experience developing and improving production systems.
• Hands-on engineering or manufacturing experience in rate-based manufacturing.
• Experience communicating with and influencing cross-functional partners.
• Experience owning complex engineering or production scopes from cradle to grave.
• Ability to work on-site at the Everett, WA office.
