Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Salary: $70,250–$103,026 per year, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Direct the end-to-end manufacturing process across raw materials, machining, welding, and assembly.
• Lead, coach, evaluate, and allocate work for a team of eight machinists, welders, and assemblers.
• Coordinate material flow and production sequencing from inventory through final skid assembly.
• Optimize machining and fabrication processes for stainless steel and PVC, including speeds, feeds, tooling, and TIG welding.
• Ensure assemblies meet blueprint specifications, engineering tolerances, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
• Enforce shop-floor safety practices and maintain CNC machines, welding equipment, and other production tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or team lead role managing direct reports.
• Hands-on experience fabricating, machining, and welding or joining stainless steel and PVC plastic.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and small-team management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk on the shop floor for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
